ADULT SUNFISH, FLYING SCOT & SMALL BOAT COURSES
Our US Sailing Instructors are committed to helping you learn to sail, familiarizing you with basic seamanship, introducing you to the wonderful sailing community of South Florida and the Biscayne Bay, and taking special care that you learn safely and enjoy your new experience. You can expect to learn some basic knots, basic sailing maneuvers, and introduction to navigational charts, safety procedures, wind-sensing, right-of-way, nautical terms and the “joy” of sailing.
Our learn to sail class is taught on the “Sunfish”, the most popular, one-adult sailboat in the world. You will learn to rig, launch and sail your “own” boat during this course. The Sunfish is also a popular “rental boat” at beaches, lakes and bays, giving you further opportunities to experience the joy of sailing once you have completed this course.
Upon request, all the classes offered hereunder are also available in private classes.
Our Coaching Team is international: Phil Adams (Eng.|Esp.), Antonio Bejarano (Eng.|Esp.), Richard Crisler (Eng.), Nick Mansbach (Eng.|Esp.), Jeanine McLeod (Eng.), Marc Pendaries (Eng.|Esp.|Fra.), and Bud Price (Eng.).
