SECOND ANNUAL SPRING PIG ROAST
Saturday - April 10th, 2010

We're not talking Polynesian Luau or Texas style BBQ "Pig on a Spit". We're talking traditional slow roasted pig, marinated for days in Mojo and additional spices, slow cooked on property and served with Caribbean favorites - Tossed Salad, Black Beans and Rice, Stewed Plantains, Cuban Bread and Flan. We even have a Blues band to entertain you.
The pig roast dinner charges:
$14.95 In advance.
$17.95 At the door (space available).
$7.95 Children under 12 yrs of age.
Children under the age of 3 yrs old - FREE!.
Dinner and entertainment will begin at 5:00pm
Reservations ARE required and WILL BE BILLED unless cancellation is made 72 hrs prior. Please call the office for more details or to make/cancel your reservations.
